Building Area: 20,000 sqm

Client: Yingkou People's Court

This project located in Yingkou Development Zone, Liaoning Province. It is on the east side of the Investment Service  Center, and the south side of the Sun and Moon Avenue. It occupies a land area of 15,896 square meters, with construction area 20000 square meters. This building adopts Gemini tower, including 15 floors, with 3-floor as the podium.

Design Concept:

The design concept of our schemes seeks to express the strength and responsibility of the justice and seriousness system and celebrates the court’s role as protector and enforcer of human rights by using the guiding design principles. we propose seek to promote these principles in an active and contemporary way, while at the same time reflecting the strong tradition of Chinese architecture and the influence of the surrounding site.
