The Client is developing of a mixed-use complex consisting of a Five Star Hotel, Serviced Apartments, Office Complex and Residential Apartments.The proposed hotel consists of 250 Guest room modules including 2 types junior suites (king & twin), 1 type Suite and 1 type Executive Suite – size of the rooms shall be in conformity with the International Hotel Standards / Kempinski Standards . It is planned to have a Health and Leisure Facilities with Spa as a special attraction. The shopping Mall will form part of the Hotel Complex. The hotel will be under the Management contract of the Operator, Kempinski.
