Mixed Use Urban complex with a program containing commercial and residential components with a total built area of 580,000 square meters. Focused on the vision of a new living concept, and finding the best economic model for the exact site.
Aiming on getting the right understanding and direction for the project, the design team did not only the immediate site study, but look into the research of the larger scale Hai Nan tourism industry, based on the location, transportation and environmental study; ZEN and SPA have been defined as the Theme for this project.
