The project is located to the east of Shanming Road and south of Linxi Road in Lingshanwei Town, Jiaozhou Bay West Coast, Qingdao City. It is adjacent to Zhushan National Forest Park, offering a beautiful and pleasant climate.

Adhering to the principle of adapting to local conditions, the architectural design seeks overall integration, carefully considering the architectural forms through stylistic techniques while maintaining connectivity between different parts of the building. The Four Seasons Courtyard is sculpted and stylized.

In general, the architectural style pursues an urbanized aesthetic, predominantly utilizing materials such as wood and warm, friendly colors. The window design incorporates varying sizes and forms, including projecting or recessed windows, enhancing the liveliness of the building while preserving a sense of solidity and tranquility. The overall atmosphere aims for a relaxed, leisurely, and quiet ambiance.
