The overall design radiates outward from the central park lake of V-park, seamlessly integrating the urban interface with natural landscapes. Utilizing aerial corridors strengthens the connections between buildings and plots, creating an elevated activity platform and forming a coherent and interference-free pedestrian circulation.

Considering the long-term operational interests, the overall concept incorporates the "Green Valley," integrating production, ecology, and living. The "Green Valley" extends from the central garden in the landmark plot to the core green space, creating a flowing green belt that connects various plots in the design. This green belt guides the development of open public spaces within the plots, ensuring that each plot has various sizes of open spaces and community gathering areas, emphasizing the creation of high-quality public spaces and environments for community interaction.
