The project is located on Zhiyu Road in Beihu New District, stretching from Canal Road in the west to Chezhan South Road in the east, with a total length of approximately 620 meters. The planned area includes commercial land for four blocks to the north and south and the central Zhiyu Road. The site is adjacent to the city's planned green corridor, only 1 kilometer from the planned city administrative center, enjoying a superior geographical location with prominent landscape advantages.

The architectural design is based on the traditional style of mountain-wall wood framework construction, tracing the canal culture and incorporating classical architectural features from different historical periods from south to north. Zhiyu Street not only carries numerous intangible cultural heritage of Shandong but also functions as an architectural museum.

Above the classical texture, innovative elements are introduced, including the use of new materials, the interweaving and contrast of contemporary architectural forms with classical frameworks, and a completely new construction approach for traditional materials. These features are abundant on the commercial street, showcasing the integration and coexistence of traditional elements and modern culture. It has established itself as a cultural landmark within Shandong Province, comparable to Xintiandi in Shanghai and Kuanzhai Alley in Chengdu.

With a solid foundation in the humanistic environment and geographical advantages, it serves as both a showcase for the inheritance and innovation of historical culture in Jining and a provider of living facilities for surrounding residents.
