The project is strategically situated in the eastern sector of Beijing's central city, nestled within the Dongba Edge Group, distinguished among the city's ten edge groups, and positioned between the first and second green isolation belts. It shares borders with the Wenyu River ecological corridor to the north, lies adjacent to the Jiuxianqiao Edge Group across the first green isolation belt to the west, borders the Jinzhan Financial Backstage Service Area to the east, and faces the Dongba South Area across the Ba River to the south. 



Spanning approximately 620 hectares, the project is meticulously designed as a national commodity trading center, supplemented by a world-renowned leisure resort destination, Broadway Street, expansive conference and exhibition facilities, upscale residential precincts, and high-end integrated service zones. The overarching objective is to cultivate a vibrant new community with global significance, embracing cultural diversity with inclusivity at its core. The planning and design strategies aim to achieve multifaceted integration through a network-like open block layout, departing from traditional commercial spatial arrangements. By organizing commercial activities around blocks, it fosters a three-dimensional separation of pedestrians and vehicles, thereby ensuring the creation of a fully immersive pedestrian experience space.
