This project occupies a premier coastal position within Sanya Bay's Central Business District (CBD), shaping an exclusive international seven-star bay alongside the renowned vacation landmark, Phoenix Island. It offers an expansive panoramic vista of the first-line sea and distinctive bay scenery.
The landscape architecture prioritizes the preservation of the shoreline along the central axis, ensuring an uninterrupted visual extension while mitigating potential congestion from boat activities. Utilizing tranquil water features along the central axis, the design leverages water surfaces as visual guides, seamlessly extending the project's external space from land to sea and sky, maximizing the utilization of first-line sea view resources.
Emphasizing the site's advantages, the design creates waterfront spaces infused with a maritime theme, igniting a vacation experience for visitors. Additionally, lush tropical gardens adorned with floral clusters enhance spatial depth through meandering pathways, offering a refreshing and cool ambulatory experience, fostering a serene and pleasant journey for the soul.
