According to the overall urban planning of Nanchong City, seizing the opportunity to develop Nanchong as the "second city in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle," vigorously implementing the "155" development strategy, and considering the industrial characteristics and long-term development plan of Jiangdong New District, the construction of this project aims to create an interactive and integrated complex featuring exhibition and trade, innovation and research, international logistics, business services, cultural tourism, etc. It seeks to blend Eastern and Western cultures, illuminate the intersection of modern and historical cultures, and become a landmark comprehensive building with international standards and modern functions, serving as the city's reception hall.


The exhibition core area consists of three individual buildings, namely the exhibition center, conference center, and office-hotel commercial complex. The exhibition center includes a ground-level exhibition floor, an underground parking level, an intermediate office management level, and a waterfront commercial area. The main part of the exhibition center consists of five large exhibition centers and a large comprehensive foyer. The largest exhibition hall measures 100m x 200m, adopting a truss structure with a maximum span of 50m and a building height of 35m, allowing flexible exhibition layouts based on various needs. Other exhibition halls measure 60m x 120m, with a maximum span of 30m and a building height of 25m. The roof of the exhibition center features a silver-white metal roof, and the foyer's glass curtain wall adopts a truss system glass curtain wall system with glass block dimensions close to 4m x 2m.The conference center consists of a public hall, a large auditorium of around 2000m², a heavy-duty conference hall of around 700m², and several medium and small meeting rooms. The conference center adopts a steel truss structure system with a bottom-layer suspension and a building height of 25m, covered with metal panels and glass curtain walls.


The office-hotel commercial complex includes towers with a height of 120m, where floors 4-18 are dedicated to offices, the 19th floor features an aerial lobby for the hotel, and the two towers are connected by an aerial corridor at the 19th floor. From the 19th floor to the top, the towers are dedicated to the hotel. The office floor height is 4.2m, the hotel floor height is 3.6m, and the commercial section has a floor height of 6m. The main building of the complex features a glass curtain wall system.
