The design for the new World Fujian Office complex located in Fuzhou City, Fujian, adjacent to the South Island New Town Center is based on a green, low-carbon building concept. The design includes a diverse use of office spaces based on a formula of small manageable units in a corporate environment. Each user of the building can take advantage of the unique sense of the projects identity. Our design team created independent office towers, focusing almost exclusively on the attractive views of the river and mountains to the north to maximize both the unique qualities of the city of Fujian and the potential value of the project and product. The designers created not just a building, but a landmark iconic piece of architecture that has prominence and identity on the Fujian Skyline.
