The design theme of the project is based on the idea of "reflecting the elegant temperament of the property and showcasing the high-end quality of the region." The planning style is centered around "neoclassicism," creating a high-quality Mediterranean-style and warm atmosphere. It aims to build a high-quality neoclassical architectural landscape, ecological garden landscape, and neighborhood life scenery.

The project emphasizes the division of living space levels through elements such as architectural layout, landscape environment, and visual psychology. In addition to the open space system, which serves as the core landscape of the community, a series of small-scale neighborhood spaces have been created, forming a strong sequential spatial system. The architecture is predominantly composed of villa residences and high-rise apartments, with the theme of "neoclassicism," exuding a noble and elegant, nostalgic atmosphere, integrating the profound history into modern life.
