The project is located in the Gushan community of Changsha City, Hunan Province, aiming to conduct urban design for its streets and landscapes. The proposal starts from the current environmental conditions of the Gushan community, enhancing the regional characteristics of the road landscape and aiming to improve the street quality and recognizability of the roads in the Gushan community. The goal is to create a "mountain and water painting, bustling streets and quiet lanes, vibrant symbiosis, and garden-like scenery," with the creation of safe streets, green streets, vibrant streets, and smart streets. This is achieved by controlling various influencing factors of the slow system landscape, improving the suitability of the slow system, and maintaining the "Xiaoxiang" characteristics of the Gushan community. The design also incorporates sponge city concepts, integrates with the overall ecological environment of the Gushan community, coordinates with the style of Gaotouling Park, and designs ecological pathways.

Create Safe Streets: Coordinate the temporal and spatial relationships between people, vehicles, and roads, promote orderly traffic, moderate separation, and effective diversion. Maintain the human scale and speed of the street, ensuring smooth cycling.

Create Green Streets: Enhance the compound functions along the street, form an active spatial interface, provide convenient and comfortable environmental facilities, and meet the needs of various activities. The street space is orderly and pleasant, with a focus on forming distinctive environmental designs.
