The project is located in the Education District of Beihu New District in Jining City, adjacent to Jining No. 1 Middle School, enjoying the cultural facilities and ecological resources of Beihu New District. The designers emphasize sustainability and human care, refining four college spirits: "Thinking," "Harmony," "Leisure," and "Interest." They combine the usage needs of different groups to reasonably arrange dynamic and static activity spaces at different levels, carefully utilizing water features. The design advocates for spacious and clear vegetation spaces and quaint landscape details. Through a deep understanding of the college spirits and meticulous control of landscape elements, the community aims to be a culturally belonging home, creating the most culturally literate and elite knowledge community in Jining City.
