This project is located in Beibei District, Chongqing, covering a total area of 177,925 square meters. The total above-ground construction area does not exceed 347,399 square meters. The entire project is divided into four development phases, including commercial, residential, supporting commercial, kindergarten, community services, parking lots, and other components. At the beginning of the planning, the designer proposed establishing a landscape axis that runs through the entire site to connect the four phases. The overall plan adopts a semi-enclosed group layout, creating a variety of public or private spaces with different attributes and scales. All four phases adopt a system that separates pedestrian and vehicular traffic, realizing a true garden community. The architectural form emphasizes enclosed courtyard spaces, creating livable living spaces under high-density requirements.
