The project is located in the Bayi Industrial Park, Urumqi, within one of the 30 key industrial parks promoted and developed by Urumqi. Centered around the culture of naan (traditional flatbread), it establishes a cultural tourism product and service system comprising culinary artifacts, local customs, and Xinjiang culture. Through the framework of urban design and the architectural expression, it aims to create a comprehensive cultural tourism complex with tangible themes related to history, offering a blend of exploration, tasting, experience, and cultural knowledge.

"Tianshan Cultural Banquet, Naan Park at the Beautiful Pasture" is envisioned as a cultural and creative hub showcasing the cultural spirit and civilization of Xinjiang. It serves as an innovative service hub for cultural tourism, a thematic learning ground for deep exploration of Xinjiang tourism, and a new highland for the spiritual and cultural experience of the Xinjiang naan culture. The concept of "Naan+" is employed to create a diverse and integrated cultural and creative complex. It aims to be a precise market presence and a new landmark in tourism, covering cultural tourism content for all times, seasons, and age groups. It embodies the spirit of the "New Xinjiang Style" and serves as an international image for the region.
