The project is located in the eastern part of Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, encompassing the area around Pengcheng Avenue, Yuxing Road, Pengcheng Avenue, and Meichen Road within Zhengzhou International Logistics Park. The planned land area is 2.87 square kilometers. It is one of the 32 core construction zones in Zhengzhou's planning and a significant gathering place for modern logistics industry in Henan. The planning revolves around the Dream Lake, a 3-kilometer dream circle, featuring three scenic axes and three major functional zones. The overall structure of one circle, three axes, and three zones presents a "360 Dream Circle," depicting the urban landscape of the international logistics park · Dream Lake core area that connects the world and looks towards the future.
The positioning of the Dream Lake core area is as the research and intelligence core, living and green core, and industrial innovation core of Zhengzhou International Logistics Park. It serves as a new paradigm for the interaction and integration of advanced manufacturing and modern logistics in terms of industry, space, and talent. The core area aims to build new infrastructure and empower traditional infrastructure, providing efficient road networks and intelligent streets with a people-centric approach and comprehensive new infrastructure focused on information flow to support both industry and life. It allocates necessary space for industrial smart manufacturing and upgrading, optimizing the reasonable layout of core area service functions to provide a full life cycle development space for enterprises and talents.
