ZNA was in charged of design 5 urban blocks of this amazing city, the goal of this project is to build the best hospital facility in middle east to attract buyers to settle down in this new built town. Other than the hospital complex and the residential, the Master plan also contains several 5 star hotel, retail, and recreation facilities.

Under the slogan "Life is Precious", it determines DHCC is unique because it will not just be a medical industrial park, or medical teaching institutions, nor a giant hospital. It will be a destination for people to experience the wonderfulness of life. It is set to become a world’s finest medical hub combining medical industry chain and featuring environment with leisure, entertainment and culture.

DHCC will be an integrated community of healthcare professionals serving the entire value chain and healthy living in the region, from acute care all the way to preventative medicine, covering the entire human life cycle. Not only is it going to provide medical spas, herbal medicine, and technology leveraged healthcare services, but also wellness resorts services including residential villas, apartments, five-star hotels and etc. DHCC will provide the owners of these villas and apartments with specialized healthcare services, making it a unique health care city and medical tourism destination.
