The design team aims to create a gateway to the northern park within the project site, utilizing two single-story towers with a total area of 2500 square meters each, arranged in an X-shaped layout. This configuration forms two open gates, inviting the park landscape into the office area. Simultaneously, spaces like the sunken garden-style corridor enhance the site, making it the most attractive hub for pedestrian flow. Additionally, these elements seamlessly integrate the park with the architecture, providing a comfortable and green environment for both office employees and commercial customers.
