The project is located at the end of the secondary axis of the Harbin Songbei District Science and Technology Innovation Park, with a river bay to the northwest, an open green space at the southwest end of the regional main axis, a landmark tower to the south with a height of over 200 meters, and two important urban arteries to the east. The two buildings are asymmetrically but balancedly arranged on both sides of the elliptical square. With distinct architectural forms, they highlight their respective characteristics and achieve a harmonious coexistence, jointly shaping the central square. This also suggests that the two buildings will complement each other in functionality and mutually promote each other.
